Domestic Shipping

At Lit Wit Candle Company, we provide affordable and efficient domestic delivery within the United States using USPS. We always strive to ship your package in the most cost-effective manner possible. Depending on the shipping option you select at checkout, your domestic order should arrive within 2-5 business days. All orders placed on business days are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.

Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day. As soon as a shipping label is created, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a USPS tracking number.

Do you do custom candles for corporate/wedding/shower gifts?

Do you sell wholesale?

Are your products located in the U.S.

Our candles are proudly handcrafted in the United States.

Returns or Refunds

Returns are accepted only within 1 week of delivery, but this is applicable only if the item is damaged or defective. All sales are final, and returns will be replaced with a new product or store credit. To process a return, please reach out to us via email. Please note that due to our status as a small company, we are unable to modify or cancel orders after payment confirmation.

Cancellations

To inquire about canceling an order, customers can contact Lit Wit Candle Company directly. We will do our best to accommodate requests for cancellation, however, please keep in mind that our order processing and shipping times vary and some orders may have already been processed and shipped. In these cases, we may not be able to cancel the order, but we can assist with a return or exchange if necessary.
